Anger is power

Anger, Stress, Frustration Is True Power

When you get really frustrated or stressed, you can feel it building up inside you like a nuclear bomb already exploded and you just need to let that energy out, that is actual power. It is born from anger, stress, frustration.

The power can be destructive as it makes you want to scream at anyone, or even hit someone. I once punched a machine that was driving me crazy because it did not work well for months and I could not find out how to fix it. I would say that is the perfect example of why we say; 'driving you crazy', because it is crazy to punch a machine, as if that would do any benefit. But it did, it made me release the energy built up inside me, although it did not fix the machine.

Love doesn't have power. Happiness doesn't have power. They make you calm and placid, you just sit back and enjoy. Real power is in frustration and anger. Don't take my word for it, think about it yourself and be honest with your feelings and experience, and don't just try to follow what you read or some guru who does not have to live in the real world said.

Frustration is where we can explode and that's when we may get violent because the energy is so strong it needs to come out of our body somehow.

Following with all the previous studies and articles I have written about the gods that created us to make sure we stay ignorant, because our devotion and prayers are their power, their food, it makes sense that this world must be designed to make us more and more frustrated, more crazy.

Clearly, computers, the internet, the phone, with all of the failures of the software that frustrate us, and the way the corporate world is working, where the big corporations make their systems so complicated that any time they cheat you, which they often do, they say, oh, of course, we'll give you a refund, but they make the process so complicated and frustrating that I'm sure the majority of people just give up and they don't continue with their claim.

The world is designed to make us so angry, so stressed, because that is power. Then that becomes a much more intense power for the gods to feed on.

By understanding what's really going on and that things are meant to make us so stressed and that the power of that anger is an extremely valuable and powerful energy, maybe we could find a way to consciously build up that energy and find a way to use it in a constructive way for achieving our goals or building up motivation to change our life.

In my first book, Practical Mysticism, I wrote about the two kinds of anger; 'angry for' and 'angry at'.

'Angry at' is being angry at the bad driver in front of you or the frustrating service you are getting. 'Angry for' is about an injustice like innocent children being abused.

**'**Angry at' is self destructive, but 'angry for' can be motivating to give you the energy or creativity to solve a problem, if you know how to use it.

If you could build up this kind of frustration, pain and anger for something that means a lot to you or your own lack of a better life, of motivation, that will give you the motivation to fight what you're angry for.

That's how I succeeded and worked an average of 18 hours a day for 11 years when I was young, because I was so angry at my life limitations of being poor, that anger gave me the energy to conquer the world, at least in business, and retire at 28 years old so I could become a monk and then master my inner world.

The power is there for all of us to use in any way we choose, but if you do not consciously choose and put in the effort, then it will just destroy you.

If you find how to use your anger, and you find your natural talent, by using that anger, you can also find a happier and more successful life.
