Many people find an emptiness in life

As example, the Kabbalah tree of life, all the angels, all the gods, how do I know that[']{dir="rtl"}s true?

Where did this information come from? Was it people who experienced it and then wrote it down? Was it information that magically appeared? How do I know that[']{dir="rtl"}s not all from their imagination? Humans can create amazing stories as movies and novels have proven.

Many people find an emptiness in life. They cannot find a purpose or meaning or a path that is fulfilling. They can[']{dir="rtl"}t find a job or a hobby or a profession that is satisfying, they don[']{dir="rtl"}t know what to do so they become depressed, but not really depressed, maybe sad or apathetic is a better word, basically life is empty.

Sadly, that leads people on a downward spiral. I am proposing to you that instead of any path or purpose that can be found on this entire planet or in the normal human existence, no matter how charitable or good for humanity it may be, it[']{dir="rtl"}s all going to end up leaving you empty. This article will explain the problems, possible answer, and an exercise to develop it.

Anybody who says they[']{dir="rtl"}ve met these angels or gods and experienced it, how do we know that[']{dir="rtl"}s not just something in their imagination? When a Christian has a spiritual experience, they[']{dir="rtl"}ll see Christ. The Jew will see Moses and the Muslim will see Mohammed. Everything is really some variance through our imagination based on what we believe and the information we[']{dir="rtl"}ve been fed. So how can I believe or trust and have the faith in any of these systems and things when they could all have come from a very creative mind? I would love to believe, but I cannot do it on faith alone. People who believe in the bible, because it is the bible and supposedly God wrote it, how do you know that to be true?

Even in the teachings of many paths such as Buddha and Hermetica, they always say to not trust anything unless you experience it for yourself. And if I do experience it, how can I be sure that it is not just my imagination?

What we know for fact is that there is something in the human mind that can communicate with anybody, anywhere on the planet. When you haven[']{dir="rtl"}t seen or thought of someone for many years and then you think of them just moments before you get a message or a call from them or when you have to wake up very early for some special reason, and you wake up just seconds before the alarm goes off, how does that happen?

These are extremely common experiences for many people so we can say there is a fact that we have an ability or a faculty that never sleeps and is not limited to time or space and is constantly aware of everything, such as when someone in another part of the world is thinking of you, and what time it is and the appointments you have.

It makes more sense to focus on what is proven and consistent versus what may be true because some rare individuals have said that it is true, but could just be someone[']{dir="rtl"}s creative way of trying to make sense of this bizarre world by explaining unexplainable events.

The greatest pain is the pain of confusion. When you do not know something that is very important for you to understand, like what is your partner really thinking, or why do we exist, or is there a god and what is the spiritual world, that confusion can drive you crazy. So humans prefer to accept an explanation even if it is clearly false, but if enough people believe it, then they take comfort in accepting it must be true and pacifies their confusion. That does not make it true.

The more intelligent a person is, the harder it is for them to accept answers that have too many flaws, and the result is a perpetual discomfort which eventually may express as apathy due to eventually feeling that finding the answers are hopeless. Or, it can make you search harder to find the truth for yourself.

The experience of interacting with spiritual beings may be less common, but I think many people have had experiences by hearing a voice in an empty room that was as clear as somebody there or meeting somebody randomly on the street walking by who knew you or said something that was specifically targeted to a problem you were facing at that moment or other events of that nature which proved there are beings that are more than just human, that there is something that is invisible but real.

So, first, we have a faculty that is spiritual in nature meaning it[']{dir="rtl"}s not limited to our human body and mind, and second, there are beings who are invisible, but can communicate with us in different ways if they so choose and if we are open to hear it and will acknowledge that it wasn[']{dir="rtl"}t our imagination or some coincidence.

But I cannot prove the reality of the mystical teachings about gods and angels, and I cannot have that blind faith because it has to be blind faith since there[']{dir="rtl"}s no way to prove it.

Considering how desperate humans are to belong to some group, or have some direction, some school, guidance or teaching to give them a sense of belonging, it becomes risky to assume that the Kabbalistic tree of life which would be similar but different in various traditions is actually correct because how can there be five or 10 different versions of God and the angels and all be true? If we compare even only the Hindu tradition to the Jewish tradition, they both can't be right because they both say this is all there is, and yet they are different.

That[']{dir="rtl"}s the problem now, how are you going to have faith if you[']{dir="rtl"}re intelligent and you see two or three or five different systems? I think the only path for us who are facing this dilemma is to acknowledge the facts based on our personal experience and a consistent experience through enough people to say that the ability to be able to connect and communicate in some form with anybody anywhere on the planet and to be awake and present 24 hours a day without a moment of being unaware, and that awareness being able to control how our body and mind function, are facts.

Let[']{dir="rtl"}s get to the next obvious question which is why don[']{dir="rtl"}t we use those faculties all the time?  Why are they only random and rare events? That seems to be because we want to deny that we are much more than a limited human alone.

Now we can go back to all the different mystical teachings which are telling us that we only falsely believe we are different than the gods and that actually we are created by, and therefore essentially God. The obstacle we must overcome is that we[']{dir="rtl"}re under the false belief that we are a limited human being alone, and by that mistaken belief, we have given up our Godlike powers, believing we are separate individuals and not connected by virtue of all being created from the same Godlike energy, (which is more deeply discussed in another article) and with that illusion, we will never find the answers to all questions.

The only thing to do is to pursue the truth of what you really are and to increase your awareness and abilities that we[']{dir="rtl"}ve mentioned by not doubting that you actually are essentially God with that ability and building up a firm belief in this and that you need to increase your awareness without clouding your mind through material or worldly distractions by emptying your desires through experiencing them and seeing that they are ultimately empty and cannot fulfil that emptiness you feel.

Let them all go and by doing so, use or try to use these spiritual/psychic abilities that you know you have because you[']{dir="rtl"}ve experienced it, and then through increasing that power, it would be an exponentially upward spiral to an ever increasing evolution towards becoming fully what you really are, knowing that you are essentially made from God and therefore God, whatever God may be, as discussed in another article, and no longer believing yourself to be the separated, individual, limited human you currently think you are.

It's a bit confusing or unclear, so let me give you the first exercise. You can do this anytime, anywhere, but it is easier to do it when you are in a quiet place. Eventually you can do it in the middle of a crowded city, so just try and see how it goes.

It is better to be sitting with your spine straight if you can. Put your attention in the centre of your chest, where the indent is at your sternum. It's like a fly is sitting there and tickling you, but you cannot move it away. Just put your mind focusing on that point in your body. Eventually, you will start to feel a sensation there. Let that sensation get stronger by keeping your focus on that point, and then simply with your thought, move upwards like drawing a line with a pen, to your forehead and let the sensation get stronger there, and fill the top of your head.

That's all to do. Just keep doing that as often and for as long as possible. This exercise will develop focus and concentration, and maybe other things will happen, but I will let you experience that for yourself.

This is building muscle, but the muscle of the thing that knows when to wake you up before your alarm, or to just know something, anything, at any moment.
