Three Things To Do Little

Speak little. Be precise and concise, using words as a limited resource.

Eat little. Do not let food be your god; everything in moderation.

Sleep little. Over sleeping can make you more tired and that extra half hour a day sleeping adds up to years over your life with which you could do many other things.
